Monday, 18th May:After we got up we met at school at 8:30 with students from other countries. Then we met in aula with other teachers and the headmaster  introduced Spanish school to us. Everybody presented their country in English or Spanish. After first a little embarrasing moments we made friends and went to see the school from inside and outside. We were impressed with lots of animals and flovers. In the afternoon we had som activities like social games and we painted together one big picture on the wall. Then we had lunch with our families and went for a walk in Marmolejo with other students and ate some ice-cream. The final activity was flamenco and rumba  and everybody could practise these dances and show a typical dance for his/her country. Despite being tired we are happy to be in Marmolejo and we look forward to other activities.   Kešeľová L.

Tuesday: When we got up we met near the school and went by bus to Cordoba. In Cordoba we saw lots of interesting things. We saw the most famous cathedral, Alcazar, Mezcita and Sinagoga. We were on the walk on the Roman bridge from which there was a very nice view on the city. Then we had free time in Cordoba to walk and see many things and buy some souvenirs for us and our families. And at night we went with our Spanish ,French and Austrian friends for dinner out in a town. It was a really nice day.

Wednesday,

We went to school. First activity was to find out some influences of different nations in each country, which could be presented by food, songs, customs, vocabulary...taken from another country. It was very interesting. We prepared a short presentation with examples of Gulyash, pirohy, hungarian architecture in our town, T.J.Moussson- a French painter living in our town, Mrázik- a typical Christmas story. I think everybody enjoyed it. Then we were on Maths lesson that was taught outside by logic games. We could do some of them. As one part of schol offers practical education, we were interested in seeing the animals and fields with olives, fruit trees and vegetables. Later we were divided into groups and went to Music lesson, Maths, French, Religion, English.

After schol we spent our free time with other students. We went swimming, played football and volleyball. This aws our superb day.

Thursday, This day was an excursion day. We visited Granada, famous Andalusian town. I liked Alhambra the best. It was built by Muslim dynasty of Nazaries, as a city on three hills. We visited there Palacio de Carlos V., Palacios Nazaries, Alcazaba and Generalife- beautiful gardens. At lunchtime I tried Tapas- a typical Spanish food consisting of a lot of delicatesses from Spain. In the afternoon we continued in our tour in the historic centre. We saw La Puerta de las Granadas, we walked along El Paseo de los Tristes. After return to Marmolejo we visited beautiful old bath.

Friday, 22nd May: We set off the trip to Parque Natural de la Sierra de Andujar early in the morning. We were taken by bus to the starting point. The trip was quite demanding, as we went up an old path. We were looking at beautiful flowers and plants in that area, we had learnt about fauna and flora at biology lesson previously. We made about 11-12km, but were proud to go on the top of a hill, where was a beautiful view and we could visit the religious place where Virgen de la Cabeza was seen. It made a deep impression to all of us. Tired, but full of experiences we went back to our families and in the evening we had a farewell party with all the students from the project.

We will allways remember kindness and hospitality of all Spanish people.
